Refund Policy
At Sonoran Rest, we understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• If we are unable to access the gravesite on the day of service due to cemetery restrictions or conditions outside your control, we will notify you and attempt to reschedule at no charge.
• If access is still not possible after a second attempt, a $20 service fee will be applied to cover travel and time, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

At Sonoran Rest Gravesite Services, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and respect in every service we perform. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and professional treatment of each gravesite, the following terms outline important liability limitations:
Condition of Gravesites & Materials
Many grave markers, monuments, and surrounding elements—particularly those that are aged or historic—may be fragile or compromised due to environmental exposure, prior damage, or natural deterioration. By booking a service, you acknowledge that:
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or the natural breakdown of materials such as marble, limestone, or other aging surfaces.
• We do not guarantee that cleaning or debris removal will improve or restore stonework to a like-new condition.
Cleaning Practices
We use only non-abrasive, biodegradable cleaning solutions and tools approved for use on historic and modern headstones. Our techniques are designed to be safe and non-invasive.
However:
• Sonoran Rest Gravesite Services is not liable for incidental damage that may occur during normal, careful maintenance—including further deterioration of already weakened stones or minor shifting of loose decorative elements.
Third-Party Grounds & Property Access
We operate at privately owned cemeteries and burial grounds, and:
• We are not responsible for restrictions, staff interference, or changes made to the site by third-party cemetery management.
• We are not liable for theft, vandalism, or removal of items by the cemetery or outside parties following our visit.
By Scheduling Service:
You agree to release Sonoran Rest Gravesite Services, its staff, and affiliated parties from liability for incidental or accidental damage that may result from services carried out in good faith and according to industry-standard practices.
