Booking Policy By booking a service with Sonoran Rest Gravesite Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both our clients and our team, and to ensure every service is performed with professionalism, respect, and care. ⸻ Service Area We provide services at all burial grounds located in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas, including but not limited to Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Glendale, and Mesa. Bookings outside this area may require additional scheduling time or approval. ⸻ Service Booking • Services can be scheduled through our online booking form or by calling during business hours. • When booking, please provide the exact name as it appears on the grave marker along with detailed location information within the cemetery grounds (section, row, or plot number, if available). • Please note: Time-of-day selections are approximate. Clients should allow a two-hour arrival window for our team due to the nature of cemetery access and variable on-site conditions. ⸻ Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations within 24 hours (1 day) of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • If our team is unable to access the gravesite on the day of service due to third-party property restrictions, locked gates, or other facility-related issues: • We will notify you and reschedule the visit at no charge. • If access is still not possible after a second attempt, a $20 service fee will be applied to cover time and travel, and the remaining balance will be refunded. ⸻ Liability Disclaimer Sonoran Rest Gravesite Services follows industry-standard practices to ensure respectful and non-invasive care. However, by booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or natural deterioration of headstones, grave markers, or surrounding areas. • We use only non-abrasive, biodegradable cleaning solutions and soft tools appropriate for various stone types. • We are not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur due to fragile, aged, or weathered surfaces. • We do not offer refinishing or resurfacing of metal or stone surfaces, including bronze plaques. • Sonoran Rest is not liable for any post-service alterations caused by cemetery staff, visitors, weather conditions, theft, or vandalism.
